Return Policy
We want every Sports Fan Kit order to be a straightforward experience. Please review the following return and exchange guidelines before sending an item back to us.
At Sports Fan Kit, we value customer service and want you to feel confident when ordering football jerseys, retro football shirts, blokecore-inspired sportswear, NFL, NCAA, NBA, MLB and NHL jerseys from our store.
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the original order date, provided that the requirements outlined below are met.
30-Day Return Period
Sports Fan Kit accepts eligible product returns within 30 days of the original order date.
The returned product must be in suitable condition for inspection and must meet the return requirements described in this policy.
- The item must be unworn and unused.
- All original product tags and labels must remain attached.
- The product should be returned with its original packaging where applicable.
- The product must be returned in a condition suitable for inspection.
When the return requirements are satisfied, Sports Fan Kit can process an eligible exchange or refund according to the circumstances of the return.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an eligible product for another item, please contact our customer service team before returning the product.
Customers requesting an exchange are normally responsible for the return postage and any applicable shipping cost associated with sending the replacement item.
The exception is where the issue was caused by an error on our part, such as an incorrect item being sent.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of an error or problem caused by Sports Fan Kit, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking when returning a product, particularly for international returns.
Please keep your return shipping receipt and tracking information until the return has been received and processed.
Personalised Jerseys
Personalised jerseys are treated differently from standard products because they are prepared according to the customer's selected personalisation.
Jerseys printed with a custom name, custom number or selected personalisation are generally not eligible for return or refund.
For the purposes of this policy, personalised jerseys include products that have been printed with a customer's selected name, number or other custom printing option.
This also includes jerseys where the customer has entered a custom name or number into a personalisation field during the ordering process.
Custom Names, Numbers & Patches
Products printed with a custom name, custom number or selected personalisation are made according to the customer's submitted specifications.
Because these products are individually prepared, they cannot normally be returned simply because the customer changes their mind, selects the wrong customisation or no longer wants the personalised item.
Customers should carefully review the selected name, number and other personalisation details before completing the order.
Pre-Selected Player Jerseys
Some products may be offered with a pre-selected player name and number rather than a customer-entered customisation.
Returns for these products may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you have a question about returning a jersey with a pre-selected player name or number, please contact customer service before sending the item back.
If a Personalised Return Is Accepted
Where Sports Fan Kit agrees to accept a return or exchange for a personalised product, additional conditions may apply.
Exchange
If an exchange is approved, additional printing or personalisation charges may apply together with the return shipping cost and shipping cost for the replacement item.
Refund
If a refund is approved for a personalised item, the refund may be reduced by the original printing or personalisation cost where that cost has already been incurred.
How Do I Return a Product?

For clothing and jerseys, please make sure that all product tags remain attached and that the appropriate original packaging is included with the returned item where applicable.

Defective or Incorrect Products
